very unprofessional and very rude . the new store manager was very unorganized.
The woman that was working was very kind, quick, and pierced my ears perfectly even! Store was very clean, very professional:)
worse customer service and closed-minded judgemental manager who gets used by liars to banned people that never deserved to be banned when the liar called those people up and ask her to meet her at the job basically begged those people to come to her job to discussed things.
The day I went in right before Christmas,( store #5396), the woman that was working that day was doing an amazing job! She was working the register, helping people that needed help & was also piercing ears by herself & with a smile! The employee that was scheduled to work with that day was running late. Most times people will leave bad reviews but I just had to acknowledge what a great dedicated employee you have. She should be recognized for those qualities. I wish I would have gotten your name! Merry Christmas 🎅
Horrible customer service couldn’t even purchase because I was being harassed by the manager.
