This place literally hurt my daughter the piercing gun jammed and instead of figuring out a simple way to remove the earrings they pulled and tugged on my daughters ear. Then the worker was rude to her. Talked to the manager and they laughed about the entire situation. Do not pierce your ears her. Completely unprofessional and rude. I am also contacting the health department. If I could give zero stars I would.

Easily the worst Claire’s I’ve ever been to. The employees are clueless, rude, and move like they’re underwater. I asked a simple question about a piercing kit and the girl blinked like I spoke in Morse code. Another employee kept loudly chewing gum and talking about people she “can’t stand,” while I was literally at the register. When the blonde disappeared, she was unhinged. Got my little girls ears pierced. The two girls working there yesterday were AMAZING! Very sanitary and so kind made the whole experience so great !!! Thank you!!
