Went into the store and this amazing young woman name Genesis with red hair helped me , she told me the specials they were having helped me find something I was looking for and let me shop peacefully as other employees there force you to buy something went in the other day and haven’t seen her ! Thank you to her my daughters loved the items ! Will be definitely be coming back because of her !!!!
My daughter loved the sweet lady piercing her ears. She was sooo sweet and kind. We will definitely be back because of her.
Sam has been a great help she made sure to walk me through picking out the gift thank you Sam
This place literally hurt my daughter the piercing gun jammed and instead of figuring out a simple way to remove the earrings they pulled and tugged on my daughters ear. Then the worker was rude to her. Talked to the manager and they laughed about the entire situation. Do not pierce your ears her. Completely unprofessional and rude. I am also contacting the health department. If I could give zero stars I would.
