We were on vacation with our daughter and took her to Claire’s to get her some gifts. Nicole and Bella helped us out and were super helpful answering all of our questions!
We just got our 5 year old daughters ears pierced. The lady was super sweet and patient with us. She even helped my husband measure the pen mark before actually piercing her ear. I will definitely recommend this Claire's to anyone wanting their ears pierced.

My husband recently took our daughter to Claire’s in Folsom to get her ears pierced, and the experience was unusual. The woman assisting them was rude and made the situation uncomfortable by repeatedly questioning whether my husband was actually our daughter’s stepdad. This kind of behavior was completely inappropriate and unnecessary. What should have been a fun and memorable moment for our daughter turned into an awkward experience.
People dog on the piercing service here. When I was a teenager all my ear piercings were done at a Claire’s. I never had issues. My oldest daughter, we took her to a local popular place which was pretty expensive. When my other daughter wanted her ears pierced too - I decided to just bring her to Claire’s. No issues, no problem and quick and easy (and more affordable). Also no tears ! I like Claire’s and see nothing wrong with the piercing service. They also have a great selection of products- perfect for Birthday gifts.
