My daughter decided she was ready to get her ears pierced and my first phone call was to claire's. We didn't need an appointment so we went later that evening. There was another family ahead of us when we arrived but by the time she picked out her earrings and I filled out the paperwork our wait time was maybe 5 minutes. The girls that worked there were all really nice and friendly. They were able to pierce both my daughters ears at the same time which was nice. Kelsie and Riley at the southcenter Claire's are absolutely wonderful! Customer service was fantastic! They did a nose piercing on me and second ear piercing on my daughter and both turned out wonderful and painless! Then to top it off, I left 60$ on the counter and they called me to tell me I left $60 on the counter, I was truly shocked to receive that phone call.
