I usually don’t write reviews for places but this Clair's is absolutely terrible. The lady who’s always here is super rude and not helpful. I bought a piercing for my helix here which when I opened it was broken and used. I came back and she offered to do an Exchange for a new earring for me, I opened 3 “new” piercings at the desk all which had been used and had ear gunk on it. It's a little on the small side store - and it's not very well stocked. In my opinion the best Claire's store is the newer one in Bellevue ; )
