Claire’s quality of service has gone down SEVERELY since they’ve acquired new management. My sister and I went there today to do some shopping for my nieces, as their birthdays are coming up. The new manager was there with two other employees, and they were all behind the counter. They stopped talking as soon as we stepped in, and while the manager and the male employee gave us stank face, the third girl greeted us. I went to Claire's to get my ears pierced and was so impressed with the level of customer service. My piercer was incredibly patient and calming. I was a little nervous, but they walked me through every step and answered all my questions. The piercing was surprisingly quick and virtually painless. I truly appreciated their professionalism and how they took the time to ensure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this location!

Evyn did an amazing job piercing my daughter’s ears. My daughter was very nervous but Evyn was very nice and able to calm her down. She got the entire process done quickly and neatly. We will be returning and I will recommend her to my friends. We love Claire’s and hope it stays in the mall for a long time.
