If I could give a 0 star I would have. Approximately @545pm I entered the store today to return items (gifts) I purchased on 12/16/2025. Upon entering, I explained that I was there for a return and refund, the two girls (said managers, sofie and Audrey) immediately said they could no longer return Christmas items because their manager said they are trying to get rid of the holiday items and continued to say it’s above them, the information was coming for higher ups and sofie said it’s not worth getting fired.
