Ordered a dress in March and timeframe was 7-14 business days. Money taken and shipping tracking # given. Never received and shipment hasn’t moved. Contacted the company via email 4 times with a response they can’t help me. No credit to my account and no dress and it’s May this week. Poor customer service and would never recommend this company
Watch out for the bait and switch on prices and “buy 3 get 3 free”
They were fantastic with our daughter(shes one)! I cant remember who did her ears, i believe the store manager did it and she was great!
if i could give them 0 stars i would the workers are very rude and loud and the “deals” here are more like SCAMS they get you every way possible. the sign says $2 for two items and then free 2 things everything in the store and i wasn’t expecting them to count the $2 listed “deal” as the two things free i thought they meant OTHER things in the store free
The way things are set up in the store are not little girl friendly. My daughter was looking at the hello kitty items on the back wall the items fell and cut my daughters face. My daughter started screaming and crying not ONE employee asked if she was okay. Now my daughter has a long scratch on her face.
