If I could give this store zero stars I would. I made a purchase on the 17th of February. Before I made the purchase I called the store and spoke with a young lady and said I wouldn't be able to pick up my items until the 18th on my lunch break. She assured me it was fine because they hold items for a week. On the 18th I went to the mall the store opens at 10 am it was a quarter to 12 and no one was there. This makes the second time I came to get my baby ears pierced the door is always locked and staff are always coming up with excuses of why they can’t pierce her ears
