If I could give this store zero stars I would. I made a purchase on the 17th of February. Before I made the purchase I called the store and spoke with a young lady and said I wouldn't be able to pick up my items until the 18th on my lunch break. She assured me it was fine because they hold items for a week. On the 18th I went to the mall the store opens at 10 am it was a quarter to 12 and no one was there. My daughter had her ears pierced today by Kattie at this store. My daughter took quite some time and was full of anxiety. Kattie was patient and so very, very kind. Compassion is her middle name. My daughter is beaming with happiness over her ears. Kattie was the only person on staff at the time and handled several other customers at the same time. There was another customer that Kattie helped pick out earrings because the customer couldn't see that well. Kattie went above, beyond and all around! She multitasked and never sk... read more
