Walked in greeted with a smile friendly atmosphere, associate was very helpful
I got my 6 year old daughter's ears peirced here last week. Big mistake. I paid nearly $100 and they were peirced crooked (and at a weird angle) and one fell out less than 24 hours later. After some heated discussion I did finally receive a refund and they returned the used earrings back to the shelf for resale (wow, really?). We now have to wait for her ears to heal to go get them peirced properly. Bad experience and we won't be returning for any reason in the future.
