I got my 6 year old daughter's ears peirced here last week. Big mistake. I paid nearly $100 and they were peirced crooked (and at a weird angle) and one fell out less than 24 hours later. After some heated discussion I did finally receive a refund and they returned the used earrings back to the shelf for resale (wow, really?). We now have to wait for her ears to heal to go get them peirced properly. Bad experience and we won't be returning for any reason in the future.
Employees were super friendly and helpful.
The store manager Mr.BJ is Awesome the way he interacts with the kids and the other two employees Ms.Lupe and Ms.Tabitha awesome job store was packed musics was up and we had a good time I will be coming back to see you guys thank you 🔥✨😂
My daughter got her ears pierced and it was such a nice experience! The workers are so friendly and kind! They went above and beyond.
