I went to Claire’s this weekend and I don’t know if they had change in workers but the store looked so much cleaner than It was when I was there a year ago. I just wished the store was a bit bigger, still more spacious than what it was before, that’s for sure, but it’s so small and there was maybe about 20+ people plus two ladies with strollers. Took my son to get his ears pierced. The lady who pierced it was very informative & helpful with the entire thing. Shoutout Viviana for being so patient!
Went to the Pearlridge location to get my ears pierced and had an Awesome experience with Store manager Viviana and Jordyn. They were both really nice and helpful to help me find the perfect earrings. Plus they gave me 20% after getting my ears pierced. Which was a plus because I wanted to get additional items. Thank you ladies for such a great visit. Go visit them!
I want to give Lexi a shout out for her excellent customer service today! I hadn't worn earrings in quite some time and I thought my holes closed up. Lexi enthusiastically offered to help me check. With a soft touch, she coaxed the earrings in with little resistance! Thank you Lexi for making my ears cute again!!
