Aqilla did such a good job piercing my ears!
The only reason I am giving this place 4 stars is because the staff here is very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning in this place has been broken since last year. It's hot in there and has a musty smell. There are portable AC units all over but it doesn't seem to help and looks horrible upon entering the store. I feel sorry for the staff. Do better for your staff and patrons. Really a year, get this stuff fixed.
I truly appreciate working with Aquila. She has been incredibly helpful and supportive, always willing to step in whenever needed. Her positive attitude and kindness really stand out, and she consistently goes above and beyond to make things easier for others.
“I had a wonderful experience with this associate. Her name is AQUILLA! She went above and beyond to help me, and her friendly, supportive attitude made all the difference. I’m truly grateful for her assistance🥰
