I hope i am getting her name right! I am big on customer service! Tasha the manager was great. My daughter had her ears pierced for her birthday and Tasha was gentle with her and was super fast too. She marked my daughter ear perfectly and had me confirm the position before she pierced. She gave us all the details on earring specials and pricing, we really appreciate all the info she told us.
