I went to Claire’s yesterday to get two of my young daughters’ ears pierced, as well as my ears pierced again. I was very pleased with how kind and patient the two ladies were to me and my children. Fast and friendly service. Went to get my 3 month old ears pierced. Paid $85 and I was like what?! Especially since they had a sign saying free ear piercing. Yea it’s because you pay for the earrings and get the piercing free. Honestly I believe it was all bundled together. They made you believe it’s a free piercing. But other than that the service was great and the young lady did a great job especially dealing with a 3 month old
The lady in cedar Hill was so disrespectful when me and my wife entered looked over her shoulder at us turned back around like we were not there made a hand motion towards us and said (What do u need) after we explained it to her she answered and walked away from we're she was. I would not send someone that I hate to shop that location.
I just left this location and the lady in this store was not customer friendly at all. I dont know if she didnt want to come to work or what the issue was. I walked in, she was playing with jewelry on the wall. I said, "Hello". She threw her hands up and said, "What do you need". I said, Nevermind and walked out. She is not going to make my day bad. Please talk to your employees about customer friendliness.
