I just had time post that when I went to this location the sales person was very helpful and understanding of what I needed even though my little one wasn't there with me thanks to this young lady...
Took my daughter to get her ears pierced. Paid $72. Within a week it fell out twice. The 2nd time I had no idea where it went and so I took her back to have them redo it and she turned me away because I didn’t have a receipt. I filled out all the paperwork with our info and she refused to re pierce it! HORRIBLE customer service!
Claire, I’m mad at you. I tried going In at 5:50 because Google says you close at six. Claire, why did you close at 5:50? You lie about your times. What else do you lie about? Do better Claire.
Special shout out to the Claire’s team at the Forum. Especially Liberty who is fast and efficient at piercing. Overall the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. You can definitely trust getting your ears pierced at this location. 5 stars!!
