Best stylist I have ever had. Actually listened to me every time on what I wanted and got it done. The only stylist I have ever been able to talk to for the entire visit , I'm a major introvert. She made me feel like a special client on every visit. I never write reviews but she made such an impact on me I had to say something. Seriously sad that I have moved too far away from her service and have to find a new stylist. 4 months sans a new treament and people are still telling me they love my color.
Love this place! Was welcomed with a smile and offerings of coffee/water/tea. The Salk. Was clean and organized, beautifully put together. The staff was VERY knowledgeable and helpful. It's hard to beat their customer service (and their wonderful attitudes) The range of services they provide is staggering! There truly is something for everyone. I honestly wish I could have spent the whole day getting pampered. Can't wait to go back!
Betsy's the bomb. She's the only person besides myself that has cut my hair in the last 6 years and its because she always does an amazing job :) She also taught me how to French braid, which is a priceless skill for an active college student with no free time!
My daughter and I have discovered and rediscovered the morale and confidence booster of a good hairstyle. Betsy listens to you and tries to give you a style that you are willing and able to handle. And the other services...the staff will give you an incredible experience!
No one knows hair like Betsy .. No more "drive by strip mall cuts" for this guy :) She takes pride in being amazing every time .. I no longer fear trying a new style and I don't get stuck with something I hate for 2weeks ..

I've had my hair cut, styled, and braided by Betsy on multiple occasions and I am always impressed with not just her skills and knowledge, but her passion and desire to make your experience as wonderful as possible. She's recommended products that have made my squirrel's nest of hair easier to brush, healthier, and less dry. I moved from my hometown of Carbondale a few years ago to the Missouri Bootheel, but I still come 'home' a few times a year to get my hair cut and colored by the best of the best. Betsy is the total package: knowledgable, talented, professional, and so much fun to be around. I am so excited about E.Claire Salon!
