Have separately taken 2 of my daughters for their first ear piercing and Felicia is amazing! She is so kind, professional, and excellent with the kids! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for their child's ear first piercing.
Rose was amazing today with my ear peircing ! She explained everything in detail. Very meticulous with her procedure made sure that she was very thorough when cleaning everything took her time even though she was the only employee in the store on New Year's Day she made me feel as if I was the only one in the store. Thank you Rose you did a great job !
leaving a good review for the sake of the workers but i will never be returning to this store after seeing an associate pierce a customers NOSE with a piercing gun today! how someone could consciously or morally do that is beyond my need to ever return even though i frequented to get sanrio merch. i hope that lady’s nose doesn’t fall off from the blunt force of the gun. yall, go to professionals for piercings. the medical bills won’t be worth the few bucks you’re trying to save.
Me and my wife went here with our two girls last week to get there ears pierced and they made the experience very special for them both they were very understanding and kind to our little ones
