I went with my friend to get her daughters ears pierced, which yes she was scared and it took awhile to get her to calm down enough to do them. The girls were very patient with that. The manager...the one in the very inappropriate red dress that was super short and hung off her shoulder when we checked out said that we needed to watch her daughters earrings as we insisted on the butterfly earrings and they might start going into her ear...
