Took my daughter to get her ears pierced for her birthday. The girl working was extremely rude and was like, "I'm sorry if you don't have an appointment we can't do it till 2". It was 1:30. There were ZERO customers in the store the entire time we were there (about an hour an a half) but she made us stand there waiting. There were 2 employees working that I saw and they were even being rude and arguing with each other! I'm sorry but 85 bucks for an ear piercing and totaly incompetent people, not worth it! The butterfly ear ring is not a good idea. Had to struggle while removing it after few weeks. Also learned that Claire just only pierce and they won’t be helping to remove it. Piercing was good at this place with gun shot and butterfly ring.
