We do not sell our properties, and we make every effort to keep our properties well maintained and our rents affordable. I've lived rented from this company for almost 8 years. They have been great since day one. They are competitive so the application process was a race against the clock but they are fair. Quick to reason to maintenance issues. Felicia the manager for my area is amazing. Always in the ball and quick to remedy any issues.
They are trying to rent units with no refrigerator… I smell greed here. Stay far away
Bad and unscrupulous company. Unfortunately these people don't think it's necessary to replace a moldly rusty bathtub. This bathtub didn't become this way from me living in this duplex, it was already that way, but it's gotten worse and this company refuses to do anything about it. Not even sending someone to spray epoxy over it. The floor in the kitchen and bathroom still have vinyl from the 70's. They have no problem collecting the rent each month, but do absolutely nothing when it comes to fixing things or upgrading thing... read more

Very nice property rental company, Felicia is very helpful. If you're looking for a duplex in Clairemont this is the company to call. Only thing is they rent out really fast
