Dr Kenneally is wonderful. She has been my primary care physician for about 7 years. She is thorough and competent. She takes the time to fully understand any medical problems I may be experiencing. Her staff are very responsive to messages sent via the North Shore portal or left as voicemail. I think she is terrific !
I tried to book an appointment as a first Time client multiple times- they were both cancelled without my knowledge in a very small amount of time from the time I booked them. I have a JOB and I’m unable to just answer the phone at any given time. So in a half an hour time span, I booked my appointment, I missed a call from them due to my JOB, and then they cancelled it because I missed their call. They did this to me twice.
