I originally purchased my cello from Clair Givens and had a positive experience at the time. However, when I returned to have my strings replaced and requested a general check-up on my instrument, I was disappointed by the way I was treated. Claire Givens is spectacular. Everyone that works here is so kind, including Claire herself. Bought my violin here back in 2008, and shop here still for rosin, bow re-hairs and strings. Doesn't matter if you are a professional or only a beginner, you will be treated well. Love this place so much!
this store and Mrs. Claire and their staff is the best of the best music store i ever deal with. the staff are extremely knowledgeable and trained. very experienced in string instruments. i was extremely happy to find them on the web.
