One of, if not, the best bow rehairs I've ever had. My bow that I have had for 5 years looks brand new. Along with that, they paid for parking, showing amazing customer service.

I’m an adult leaner who just started roughly a year ago. Recently I decided to expand my cello search from Cali to Minneapolis, given the fact that I have quarterly week long business trip here. Matthew and Claire treated me very well even though my visit was prompt and a bit rush. I originally purchased my cello from Clair Givens and had a positive experience at the time. However, when I returned to have my strings replaced and requested a general check-up on my instrument, I was disappointed by the way I was treated. The most concerning issue involved my cello case, which I also purchased from them. One of the straps had broken due to fraying at the anchor point. Claire Givens is spectacular. Everyone that works here is so kind, including Claire herself. Bought my violin here back in 2008, and shop here still for rosin, bow re-hairs and strings. Doesn't matter if you are a professional or only a beginner, you will be treated well. Love this place so much!
