The worse office experience. My mom came to the office at 4 PM for her appointment at 4:15. Prior to her appointment, she wanted to make sure that her insurance is accepted. She was told they don't know and she needs to call the insurance. It took 2 min to call the insurance to make sure it was accepted. Then she was told they don't know this insurance. She took a day off, drove for 45 min to get there and was told they won't take her because they don't know this insurance and they need to verify. She was refused for an appo... read more
Dr Midha treated my parents for many years. We respect and trust him implicitly. Highly knowledgeable and skilled. Talks directly to patients and families. He called me to express his condolences after my father passed away. A true gentleman, compassionate doctor.
Rude, nasty women answering phones and when you come in for an appointment they ignore you like they don’t see you. Then give you an attitude. I had a medication issue that was personal. I asked them to leave him a note, they said no you were to speak to them only. I’am the 7th person today that has said the same thing. I’m leaving this practice. He’s gonna loose all his patients if this continues.

I've had Dr. Criss for years and I find him professional, kind, willing to listen and knowledgeable....
Great Doctor but staff is horrible never calls back. Front office staff is the key to having a successful practice and this one is NOT worth the aggravation .Coming from an over night stay at MWH and we cannot get a follow up appointment for 5 weeks and my 85 year old mother in law is still in a lot of pain. Visiting nurse has also been calling office as well and no return phone call. Practice is taking on more than they can handle since Dr Nadelson and Dr Luke left.
I've been seeing Dr. Thomas Jevon for over 10 years. He is very thorough, caring and knows his stuff. I had a random cough and he pinpointed it to a medicine I had been taking for years. He is not a pill pusher like other doctors. I have never had any issues with any of his staff. If you are looking for a new primary care physician, Dr. Jevon is your guy. In addition, within his building they offer additional services like Blood Work, EKG and other services saving you a trip to another location.
Beware.. The front office is horrible. They ask you personal questions to decide if your important enough to be seen. Their attitude is highly unprofessional and was just hung up on by Lita as I was asking questions. Super passive aggressive and will never be back. I have over 4 family members that go there all have the same issue.
Dr. Seligman is a real Professional. My young daughter usually afraid of doctors but this time it was easy. The secretary of the doctor was also very helpful.
Dr. Midha is a wonderful cardiologist. He is a very caring and hard working doctor. I also have him as my primary care doctor. Not only has he been a great doctor for me over the past 20 years,he is also a great friend! Highly recommend him to anyone!
