I was visiting from Midlothian Va. It reminded me of my home Y; friendly, welcoming, clean. Seems like a great community. And the beach you have a few miles away is great, too.

I use the Y as a gym, my son’s taekwondo, my sons summer camp, I take other classes, and I get ready for work in the morning there because I like working out first. I live at the Y practically so I recommend it 100%

Whenever I’m at my home located in Little River, I always go to the YMCA just because of Instructor Denise Lewis; Express Cycling class. Denise makes the class fun that you don’t even realize that you are actually doing a strenuous workout! She’s an excellent instructor!
Thank you so much for your hospitality when I came to workout during my vacation. Your staff was exceptional and the facilities top notch. I LOVE the YMCA!
I visited here during vacation. I did the Tabata and TRX class. They were both great, the instructor was very helpful in making sure I was set up correctly. The facility was very nice as was the front desk staff. My only disappointment was that when I had signed up at my home Y, they told me that I could go to any Y with my membership, but was charged $5 for the day pass. This was not a reflection on this Y, but my home Y for giving misinformation. The $5 was well worth it for a great workout!
Visiting this is a Great facility! Everyone made me feel welcomed! A big Thank You to Tommy Smith and Loes Muller for awesome combat class!!
