Horrible. They scheduled appointment on the wrong day. But didn't call to cancel until hours past the appointed time. They GUARANTEED someone would be out the next day, no one showed up and I had to call to find out where the repair person was only to find out they didn't have anyone. No owner or manager available to speak with.
It was really a positive experience from initial contact through the service. The repair of my stove was efficient and was professionally done.
If I could give 0 stars I would! Had me leave a credit card to hold the next day's appointment. Said they would call 30 minutes before arriving. Sat around all day waiting just to call and end up talking to two foreign people who said they called and left voicemails that the appointment was cancelled. Scam!!!
I always trust my appliance with Claridon Township Appliance! Joe was incredible! Finished the job right away and I have a working fridge again!
