Thess apts are built for Florida not the mid west window units to heat and cool 900sq. ft. False advertising of handicap access pool, mailboxes too top it off there one handicap unit is not even fire safe with two exits for handicap wheelchair users. There pool is like a rocky beach. Don't live here:) Slumdogs
Great place to live.. and affordable too. – After many visits to some friends that live here, I've recently signed my own lease at Clairborne Court. The manager, Kacey and her staff have really worked hard the past few years to form an inviting community, and it shows. I haven't noticed any problems above and beyond normal apartment living, ie you occasionally hear the neighbors. I'll deffinatly refer my friends.
Worse Place to Live – Managers do nothing about noise complaints, you can smell cigarette smoke in your apartment, not worth moving into. Find somewhere else
