I initially called to book a first-time appointment today, but no one answered. When a woman returned my call while I was busy, she responded rudely when I asked who was calling. She stated,"rudely" 'You called me.' When I asked if it was the salon, she confirmed and then hung up on me mid sentence of me trying to confirm the salon name.
