The doctors and pharmacists are nice and welcoming. But the reception/check-in staff to see a doctor is rude and unwelcoming.
The Doctors are great but the front staff need some manners. My Doctor is Dr. Braydon Francis and he was away so I called the office to see if I can get in to see the other doctor that works on Saturdays because I believe I need antibiotics. The woman who answered told me I have to call their "after hours" line that's tied to this practise where you have to go for a walk-in, if you don't use their "family practise" then you are charged a fee. I highly recommend Dr. Ang. I have been a patient for almost 30 years, and she is the most professional, trustworthy, and caring physician I could imagine. I am deeply happy with the care I receive; she always listens, explains clearly, and truly cares about my well-being. The front office staff is also wonderful-her medical assistant, Juliet, is always very attentive and friendly from the moment I arrive. I am so grateful for this entire team! Cheer!! Alma :))
