Same issue as someone else in the reviews. Extremely rude receptionist^^ I also called to ask about walk-in availability for a UTI testing and was given almost no information. She simply said, “There’s one doctor with walk-in availability. bring your health card, ok, bye,” and abruptly hung up. When I tried calling back to ask a follow-up question, my calls were ignored. Very unprofessional service.
Came on a Saturday. Nice, helpful receptionist and very quick service!
Dr Eugene Chan is a great doctor. He listens to you, even when you have more than one issues to deal with. One interaction with her, I changed to Dr Chan, no issues after that.
