Just visited seeing a friend but seemed pretty run down and not at all equipped for physical disabilities at all.
It's small with an odd lay-out. Cost of laundry is crazy so I got a portable washer.. Best thing I've purchased in a lllooonnnggg time. If you don't mind college frat house noise and traffic, it's perfect for 1 person or 2 if you don't care about tight space..

I give this place between 3 and 4 stars. The 4 stars are for the price for how large this one bedroom place is with a full kitchen and private bathroom in an area where rent is astronomically expensive. The 3 star is for the smoke smell in the apartment upon moving in,the carpets not properly vacuumed or cleaned before moving in and poor patch jobs on the walls as well as smoke stains and a little water damage in the bathroom.
