Well here I go. I'm going to give a great review and then it's going to be hard for me to get an appointment! Dr. Clair-Horn was so friendly and personable and took such great care with me to make sure she gave me the right prescription. I have to give her a five. Also, the ladies in the office -very helpful and friendly with billing, helping me pick out glasses and helping me figure out the problem with my Google wallet!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Communication at their ashland office is horrible. DR Clair Horn was awesome but it stops there. First the office staff ordered my glasses wrong which caused my glasses to take extra long. When I received them options I had paid for were not done and I could not see out of them so they had to go back to be remade.
