A truly great practice, I'm extremely glad that the old staff member was removed, Jen, her customer service was particularly miserable. I'm not even Canadian haha - Keep up the good work.
I have been going here for several years and love the dentist and hygienist staff. However, their new receptionist is extremely rude and disorganized. After my last visit I decided to switch dentists.
I’m very disappointed with Clair Dental. The woman who introduced herself as a manager, Alina, was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and ignorant. I called to discuss an overbilled insurance claim, and they took multiple X-rays before even informing me. The doctor was generally nice, but the management left me feeling let down. If you want an easy dental visit, do not come here.
I have been patient at Clair Dental for many years, and I have always appreciated the friendly and exceptional service. However, my recent experience was disappointing. When I called to inquire about my dental insurance coverage, the receptionist responded rudely, stating, "It's your insurance; we don't know what is covered or not; you have to find out from them."
