I have been going here for several years and love the dentist and hygienist staff. However, their new receptionist is extremely rude and disorganized. After my last visit I decided to switch dentists.
I’m very disappointed with Clair Dental. The woman who introduced herself as a manager, Alina, was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and ignorant. I called to discuss an overbilled insurance claim, and they took multiple X-rays before even informing me. The doctor was generally nice, but the management left me feeling let down. If you want an easy dental visit, do not come here.
I have been patient at Clair Dental for many years, and I have always appreciated the friendly and exceptional service. However, my recent experience was disappointing. When I called to inquire about my dental insurance coverage, the receptionist responded rudely, stating, "It's your insurance; we don't know what is covered or not; you have to find out from them." From the moment I walked in, I felt well taken care of. The receptionist (Jennifer) was kind and accommodating, the hygienist (Katrina) was highly skilled and gentle, and the dentist (Dr. Kim) was truly the best—professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Highly recommended. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
