This place sucks, the utilities are never disclosed so you are stuck with over $100 difference each month. Some tenants are gross, and have homeless relatives creating problems on weekdays. The property is maintained sometimes, but for the monthly rate youre better off finding a place in Lakewood. A lot of people have moved out because of the billing discrepancies
I wouldn’t give this place not even 1 star it’s horrible with this new owner, they turned your water off for days for thanksgiving we didn’t have water for 5 days and after that they turn off the water every two weeks for two days

The new owners are really treating the old tenants bad , & forcing us out our home by increasing & all these new charges
