I booked a Women’s Circle for my birthday and had such a positive experience with close friends. Cara creates a safe and inviting space for women to connect, share and be seen in these circles. Her expertise as a therapist shines as she guides the group, often strangers, through thoughtful questions, reflections and discussion. Women's Circle: My group of girlfriends celebrated a very special 30th Birthday with a curated women's circle by Cara. This circle had a special focus on our Birthday friend. Cara did a fantastic job of holding space in the room for everyone to have the opportunity to authentically share and feel accepted as we are. Highly recommend!!!
