Received a scam letter from CMR, supposedly on behalf of CDOT. The address was wrong and it claimed to be for damage to a guardrail from over 2 years ago (which they claimed was more than $2,000). Do NOT trust them and do NOT pay anything.
Complete scam company.
Frontier is a large company that would rather scam you out of your money than do honest practices. They have completely screwed us over and are trying to charge us $400 for a line that Frontier told us would only cost $100 by sending it through to this CMR system (WITHOUT billing us first because they knew they had told us only $100, we would have CANCELED our services with them that day!)
