This big restaurant is filled with memorabilia from California's wild Gold Rush days, and just staring at the walls can be entertaining. The food is served in piles on the plate, and it is definitely a place to bring your appetite. Ribs are the best bet, and the Country Fried Steak is renowned. Claim Jumper also offers a delicious Hot Turkey Sandwich made with freshly cooked real turkey breast - not a pressed turkey roll as at many restaurants. Desserts are big and tasty.

The food is delicious! I don't recommend the meatloaf. Yucky! Might of been a bad day for the chef. It's a hit and miss at Claim Jumpers. #good food #reasonable prices #good ambiance
I took my Dad and Mom today for brunch to celebrate Mother's Day. All 3 of us were very disappointed with the food! Most menu item was covered with cheese, the chicken tasted stale, everything was greasy. For the $24.99 per person buffet, that was the most lousy food we had ever eaten, the worst ever! Today was the very first time we had eaten there, and never again!!!!!! Claim Jumper is one of the worst in town!!!!
My wife and I have enjoyed this Claim Jumper since it opened, where we would frequently dine out, including holiday dinners! It had become one of our most FAV restaurants...until today. We decided to use a gift card for an early dinner, and as we usually like to do, we sat in the bar area to watch some games & enjoy a pre-dinner cocktail. Decent Price The best skinny fries and ribs for an affordable price. I recommend this place if you don't want to waste too much money on food. Claim Jumpers also has the best service. You don't have to wait long for a waitress to serve you.
Big food The food is really good and although it may seem over priced, the portions are worth it. I always end up leaving with leftovers for days. Their service is great. I am always in and out of there in an hour. The bar has a really good happy hour.
Good Food - Overpriced The food is very good, but it is definitely over priced. The first time I went, the bill came out to be close to $150 for two people after the tip... yes, we had a couple of drinks, but nothing too crazy. The second time, it was much cheaper, but only because I was watching the prices, but even then, it came out to $75 including a tip.
So... Much... Food!! Claim jumper's is fantastic, I go there every once and a while and have had a great experience each time. Like the Previous Review stated The prices are relatively cheap. The staff is friendly and are quite knowledgable about the food and the portions... oh the portions are just huge. If you don't go home with a doggy bag then you definately get an applause from me my friend.
Are you hungry?? Claim Jumper was new to me, I had never heard of it. MY husband just raved about this place and after going I can see why. The atmosphere is really fun. There is lots to look at if you have kids. It's fast paced. The servers are all really nice.
