Yesterday was Memorial Day and do you think the general management of this location could have possibly been more inconsiderate as to their Manager, Paul Murphy. Paul is active Army, 29 years, pulls 65 to 80 hours a WEEK in this place, and if general management was thinking in consideration at all, would have honored him and his service to our country, especially on this day, by granting him the day off. Love the food but we've been here an hour and haven't gotten our food....not even busy.
Smallest martini in the world. Hubby's lemonade was so bitter he couldn't drink it. But we had a good steak.
Service is horrible! I wouldn't come back if they paid me. Staff was unfamiliar with the menu. When the food came out I had to get up and get my own silverware. Really? I guess they don't care because no one came by to ask how things were. I would complain to management if I thought it would have helped. Floor managers seemed disconnected from staff. Teams on the floor weren't working together.
It's good food and polite servers and you don't have to wait long
I've only been there one time but the food was really good it was a lot of food but the service wasn't that great
Claim Jumper used to be fantastic but over the last several years, it has become disappointing. Slow service & mediocre food. Tried it again tonight after staying away for a few years and I was still disappointed and probably won't be going back again. In addition to the extremely slow service, the A/C seemed to not be working properly which made it rather uncomfortable on a 112° day. Overall, it was not an enjoyable dining experience.
HUGE portions!! You get enough food to feed all of Ethiopia for a week. The 7 layer cake is to die for, and I haven't eaten cake since the French Revolution
Great Food, Great Service. Open inviting atmosphere. Enjoyed the whole experience.
