Visiting from California . First time at Claim Jumper . Waitress was AWESOME!! Food was good .
Corporate food has no excuse to not be good. Its like eating at a buffet in a cheap Vegas hotel or at a nice hospital.
Food was good we were treated with respect !
Went to CJ tonight for dinner and it was wonderful. Great service from our waiter, Larry. He was extremely attentive and took great care of us. I hope the company will let him know of the extra kudos. Management stopped by to check on us, as well. That was a nice touch. It has been years since we have eaten at any Claim Jumper; I was very pleased with the options. Keep up the great work, both with the culinary options and wonderful staff.

Waited almost 1 hour for my food after I ordered and it was easy to figure out why when the plate arrived, bake potato was rock hard. The salad was like a portion from a cheap cafeteria and you can’t get away with just using iceberg lettuce. The strangest thing too, my plate arrived cold so that tells me somebody forgot it and it may have been sitting there for 45 minutes.
