We have never had bad food or service at Claim Jumper. We especially like their combo lunches, where you can get a salad, and 1/2 a sandwich (and they are huge) along with fries. It's a lot of food and variety for the money. If you're a sports fan, they have booths and tables in the bar area (free seating) with lots of flat screen tv's.
I'm Still Feeling It I used to love going to Claim Jumpers, but now I don't enjoy it as much. The staff seems to be very friendly. It apears everytime that I step foot into my Claim Jumper their prices are on a rise. Yeah they give you plenty of food, but the prices and the wait time is not as apetizing. My last trip to Claim Jumper was with a big party. The service was good, but the food wasn't the same. The steak was undercooked. My favorite would always have to be there Mint and Chip Mud Pie. Yummy!
