This place used to be good. Short staffed took forever to get anything. The dinner we usually order had a cooked tomato sauce which my wife is highly allergic. Good thing she recognized it right off. Brought it to the attention of the manager He was very rude about it. Saying it wasn't. What I did eat made me sick. Still have the runs from it. Will never go back.
Excellent service, staff was very attentive and food showed up quickly. Everything cooked perfectly.
Went because I had a gift card. Hadn't been in many years. I had the fish and chips. Fries were barely warm and limp. Fish had a chemical taste to the batter. I had to peel it off. Fish was very bland and rubbery. Tarter sauce was so thick (and tasteless). It did nothing to improve the taste of the fish. Caesar salad was bitter but the cheese was good. Way over priced. I was very disappointed. Server was OK.
My grilled shrimp was very dry and overcooked, as was everyone who had shrimp. However, our server did an amazing job taking care of all 23 of us mostly by herself.
Great service with excellent food. Good value in today's economy. Will definitely be back!
It is always one of our favorite places to stop for appetizers or dinner on our way out of Phoenix. Always clean, friendly and the food is great

Haven't been to a claim jumper in years an I had the NY strip an the meet was good but it was under seasoned an bland, the ranch dressing was really watered down an the Caesar dressing was good but had alittle to much citrus an could of used more pepper, our sever, she was great an very friendly which made our dinner a good experience so over all it was ok but I must say over priced
Great customer service! � Food was priced higher than I like, but they went out of their way to make sure that we had food that we enjoyed. The manager, Tim, was wonderful! And the desserts, can't say enough how great they were! The carrot cake slice was about the size of my head! Needless to say we brought that home. �
