We scheduled appointments for my mother to get sprinklers with Joe and he did not show. Costs added on at the end after the contract. Constantly rescheduling and never followed through. She needed this done before a knee replacement and he promised he would have it done before the surgery. We had our first appointment booked over a month before her surgery. Very frustrating experience with Joe. My mom had called him to set an appt for a quote. We took time off to be with her and help answer questions. He doesn't show up for scheduled appointments. Loses notes from the original estimate when he finally did show up, had to schedule yet another time to come back and create an estimate all over again. Says he will call, then does not. When he finally sent her a contract, had her esign, agreeing on a price, he then said "it will be about $2000 more" because of something he had forgo... read more

Just LOVE Claiborne. Joey keeps my sprinkler system running perfectly and he’s s a joy to have around. My yard looks great year after year.
Joe came right out and found all my valve boxes. Whoo hoo. Been looking for them for years. !!!!
