This is a horrible place to live; I agree with the two other reviews. The management changes a lot and the current management is a false prophet who inflicts her religious views on everyone every time she is in public. The place is bed-bug infested for over a year and they have yet to resolve that problem; the water is sickening--so much lead and rust that even with water filters you can get very sick. Your personal safety is your own as pointed out by others--you are not safe physically or emotionally in this building. Also... read more

have to agree with previous review the place has really gone down hill, they think they dont have to follow basic lanlord/tennants rights. the rules change everytime we get a new manager and lately there has been a turnover every other year. rumor has it a previous manager was caught having an innapropriate sexual relationship with a 15 year old boy[just a rumor but someone from the management company let this slip]homeless living in a vehicle in parking lot & in stairways. laundry room that is ghetto certified, dryers destr... read more

The management does not pay much attention to the tennants and they make rules that are convenient for them but an inconvenience for all others involved. There is also a lot of favoritism occuring in the building. It is difficult to list all of the negative things about the building. Mostly because things are constantly changing and becoming worse and worse. Instead of dealing with the problems in a positive way, the office makes rules that make it harder for them to have to deal with the issues at hand.
