As of February 2025, this property is no longer worth living in. You can find the same level of stress elsewhere for significantly less. Do not be misled by the polished photos. Management is consistently unresponsive and dismissive, and the public replies full of “we’re sorry to hear that” ring hollow without any follow-through. Nearly every long-term tenant I know has already moved or is actively seeking other housing. Absolutely one of the worst places ever!!!!! Tried charging me last year for a cleaning fee after I showed them proof of my apartment being clean. Told me they had “no pictures to show me” after they missed coming to my walk thru and I had to leave to make it to my other apartment for my lease so I dropped my keys at the office and took videos and pictures. There was one missing plastic piece that goes around the plugs on the wall that had been missing since I moved in, I never cared so I never got it fixed they charged me f... read more
DO NOT move here. The management and owners are money hungry scammers that will drain you of every penny they can. They saw I had a large deposit and took advantage of me by taking $1,300 out of it to “replace the entire carpet” because of damage to ONE bedroom carpet. They are bullies and think they are above the law. Not worth living in this community that is definitely not “luxury” living. The pool is closed more days than it is open, the community areas are dirty and disgusting, it wreaks of weed and the walls are paper ... read more
