DO NOT LEASE HERE. After reading all of these reviews, I am relieved to know that I was not the only one who thought this was a bait and switch. This was my first "apartment" experience. It was nice once you were "in". The gate was forever broken, the pool was closed (I lived here during part of Covid), I had mice, the staff becomes your "enemy". I’ve had a great experience with moving in. Alexa gave a great tour and answered all my questions, helping make things smooth. Jessie was helpful as well! We are super happy with our new home (playground and pool are awesome!)
My boyfriend and I had such a smooth move in for these apartments. Alexa helped us out a ton and was super informative and followed up with us as well! These were recommended by a friend who’s lived here for 3 years now and still loves being here. We had some items that needed fixing (our AC) and it was fixed promptly by maintenance. 10/10!
I normally don’t leave reviews, but after living here for 3 years, I feel like future residents deserve an honest review. When I first moved here, I truly loved my apartment. It genuinely felt like home. The leasing agent, Krystal, was always kind, responsive, and helpful. Unfortunately, after she left, everything seemed to go downhill. DO NOT MOVE HERE! The company bought these apartments last year and this year they changed the utilities to instead of being a set price for water, trash, and pest with optional pet cost. Ours was $105 for us. It is now split between the WHOLE complex and they now charge water, sewer, trash, pest, package, common area electric, then a charge just to tell your how much you owe!
