Our dog of 10 years needed to be put down. We had not been to the vet since moving here. We called the Claiborne Vet early Saturday morning and explained the situation. We arrived and everyone was so nice and understanding of how difficult this was for us. We did not wait long and we stayed with our dog until he was gone. Dr. Tinsley was so understanding as was his staff. About a week after we received a card from his office. The card and what it said brought us comfort and meant the world to us.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I was pleased with the good condition of their equipment. Everything seemed safe and current, and I knew my pet was in good hands. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
