Horrible representation, bait and switch as soon as you sign the retainer. They may be ok for the basic divorce skip this office and find an attorney with experience.
I have very mixed feelings about Claery and Green. I will say that it is buyer beware with any family law attorney. Lance Claery gave me poor advice with how to proceed with child custody in order to get money from me. I wasted time and money taking a course of action that I now realize was unwise to begin with. Claery and Greene may work for some people, but it was a nightmare for me. In a nutshell: I was put into a very difficult situation and was inclined to seek legal advice. At a VERY trying time in my life I was assured by Aran Treadway, and later Sean Sobottka, that this crisis would be handled swiftly and effectively. Please DO NOT retain this law firm and/or any of its paper pushing, ill-equipped lawyers. They were so flawed in handling my case that they don't even deserve a single star. I support the person who stated that the law office is good at selling their services but they DO NOT produce anything or progress to quickly handle your case. They will suck you dry financially and "bill" you for everything down to the ink on the paper. This is an excellent law firm. I really feel like the staff is caring. Most importantly the attorney was excellent.
I would recommend this firm definitely. Attorney Lance claery helped me through a very difficult legal matter I was going through with my employer. He managed to help me out and protect my rights, He put my employer in line right off the bat from the very first letter. I am happy with the outcome and value.
Lance Claery is a better salesman than attorney. Once you sign on the dotted line and they have your money it all change's, they will assign an unqualified attorney to your handle your case. The guy they assigned to handle my case was a lair, he even wanted to go to lunch with opposing counsel, he gave me bad advise then he quit the firm. I did better before I hired these crooks!
