Scummy practices. Called them for ice machine, and they sent Evan, who spent 2 hours doing nothing, provided the completely wrong diagnosis, then billed us $365 for nothing fixed, and nothing diagnosed. We know it was wrong diagnosis because he suggested we replace a part for $800 that has nothing to do with the problem, and when we called the manufacturer they were able to point us to the correct broken part within 5 minutes.
