Very nice. Beware of whining neighbors.
The management are very professional very helpful and very nice. We love living here and all the extras like the pool and jacuzzi the club room and gym the property is kept up very well and anything that needs to be fixed is done right and promptly. Also they have fun treasure hunts and win awesome prizes and its so fun for the whole family . At easter a easter egg hunts is held and in the eggs oh and I love the amazon locker
I've lived here for 1 year and overall I liked it, I'm renewing my lease for another. There's good and bad ,as there is to everything, I'll tell you pro's and con's. Pro's- staff is very very nice, they make you feel welcomed, maintenance is on top of repairs real fast, lots of parking : always had somewhere to park, pool is bigger than most apt's and actually goes to 6', rent is cheap, very easy access to most places: 205, 82nd, 224 and lot's of stores nearby!
