We had been residents of this property for 4 years. Always paid rent on time, and we were never an inconvenience to our community. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the management team. If you were to ask me, every 2-3 months their office staff is changing and in my opinion that is a big red flag. The maintenance requests were fulfilled quickly, lovely. During the four years we lived at Clackamas trails we have had numerous negative experiences that stick out. Once, while the exterior of the building was being pressure washed, high pressure water shot under our door jam, causing our shoes to get soaking wet, the leasing office only cared we cleaned up the water and made no attempt to reach out to their contractors to prevent this happening to other units. We enjoyed our time staying here BUT if you live next to smokers or loud neighbors, nothing really gets done by the management.. not really safe for kids anymore due to all the thieves and druggies moving in. Really wish they were more strict about evicting trouble causing neighbors! Also, we scrubbed our apartment clean before moving out, were still charged large amount for "damages" and "cleaning fees". No wonder why people leave apartments absolutely destroyed cause you'll get charged no matter what.
