Nice office building, clean bathrooms, stove offices have incredible river views.

Right by Clackamas River where a good amount of people love to visit on a hot day since access to the river is on either side of the plaza itself. It is also right across the street from the daily busy DMV. Parking at the plaza is only for the plaza its self, do not park in the lot if you are there for river access you will be towed. The plaza has many active business like insurance, health, technology companies, and many more.
