My husband ordered cover for his Icon back in Oct of 2023. It took until end of January for my husband to receive it. When he went to put it on it didn’t fit. They sent a straight roof enclosure vs a curved roof enclosure. He sent them pictures when he ordered and they still sent the wrong one. Nathan took and cashed my check on October 2nd 2023. Got partial shipment of golf cart enclouser on October 23.2023. After calling and texting daily to Nathan and Andria. Today is November 15th 2023 and still not received completed shipment what is paid in full month and a half ago. Nathan is a lier and fraud. Will never do business with that guy again and will tell my friends full story about him. These people business license should be taken a way. Won't respond to phone calls, won't send product that was ordered. Worst customer service I've ever encountered. I own the largest golf cart rental fleet in the Pacific Northwest. I've had dozens of orders lined up (27) and they seem to be too busy with their expanded Phoenix location to service their customers in Washington and Oregon. They have put me in a position to proceed through legal channels.
Zero stars I bought a used cart and didn't receive anything in return.
