12/14/23 FIX YOUR PHONES. My phone works fine but when I called and you guys are answering and not able to hear my phone call, that’s a problem. Do not call my phone back and correct me and tell me my phone is on mute. I can hear you in my phone is not on mute. If I have a concern about my garbage service, I would like to be able to call the garbage company. UPDATE: still no returned phone calls and I received a notice in the mail. While the gal that answers the phone is nice, IF you FINALLY get through to someone after messages, numerous calls and trials, this company is terrible. They continuously overcharge our account. I have to call constantly before getting through to someone, and NO ONE EVER returns voicemails. I’m really tired of having to call and get our account corrected. I’d use another company if I had a choice.

This company is AWFUL. We left voicemails, sat on hold, put notes on our cans, for three weeks!! NO RESPONSE!! Until......I got in touch with Clackamas County Sustainability. All of you having issues I highly recommend reaching out to them. Hope that can be of some help to all of you as we know exactly what you are dealing with. Best of luck!!

Clackamas Garbage personnel are courteous and very responsive. You can talk to a live person and explain your needs. They are on time and drivers are cooperative in where you want the dumpster placed. Great company to work with
