While seeking services the lady on the phone hung up on me after she argued with me after I simply was thinking out loud and said it could be 3 to 4 months out after stating they will take about a month to review paperwork and they are scheduling already the end of February for those past the paperwork stage... hmm 😒

My daughter and I have used a wide variety of youth and adult services here. I have been a Clackamas County health services client for over 20 years. The staff are amazing--every single person--and the Behavioral Services Staff goes above and beyond every day! I've had ample opportunity to see all kinds of events occur and be handled respectfully, sensitively, compassionately, and professionally each time. In a world of clunky governmental agencies filled with drones showing up for checks-n-benefits, the folks at Clackamas C... read more

This place is terrible. They have no desire to help families or children's best interests. They give you the run-a-round and the supervisors are just as bad. I've been trying to get a simple matter resolved for OVER A YEAR with them. They don't care about families. Clinical social workers need to be held accountable as they do more damage to children than good. DO NOT GO HERE if you want your family to have a healthy recovery.

She didn't appreciate the fact that I told her that people coming for mental health care should be taken care of, not turned away. Her response was to offer me the phone number to the suicide hotline. I told her where she could put that number and I never ret... read more

I’ve worked with Clackamas County Health, Housing and Human Services (H3S) for the last two and a half years in my role as a Youth Peer Support Specialist. I’ve never met such a dedicated, professional group as those at Clackamas County H3S. I’d like to give specific shout-outs to Galli Murray and Kathy Turner in Mental Health, Raina SmithRoller and Abby Ahern in Housing, and Ally Linfoot in Peer Delivered Services for their unwavering support of Clackamas County youth.
