This place is the absolute worst with customer service. This isn't my first time to try this place! The first time was an absolute disaster as well. The credit machine wasn't working properly, so I called for help and they made me feel like it was all my fault. Today I went to try it again, they're still having issues. Only this time some man came out to raise the gate so someone he knew could get a free wash. The wash sucks! Gives inferior wash for a high dollar amount. Not worth any amount of money. Does a fantastic job!!!!! Now I don't have to go to two different car washes, one for the wash and one for good vacuums, I get a great wash AND heat vacuum all at the same place 🤗🤗 Thank you all
Close to home doesn't hurt but Clabough's Express Shine is Worth the drive from anywhere. Great addition to Pigeon Forge/Wears Valley area. Good Folks own and operate it too! WELL Worth the $22 Do It All package!!!
