This is difficult to write as I have never experienced this poor of a response to a customer concern. Our installer picked up Shaw carpet 3 weeks ago. Contractor tore out carpet in 2 rooms, a hallway, and stairs. Rolled out the new carpet to install and it has manufacturing defects. The contractor notified Clay-Mar immediately and sent pictures.
